Functional OverviewThe IS400WROFH1A is a 24-channel discrete (digital) input module in the GE Mark VIe control system. Its primary function is to collect discrete signals (contact open/close signals) generated by field devices such as sensors,
switches, and relays, convert them into digital signals that can be recognized and processed by the PLC or control system CPU,
and transmit the processed data to the GE Speedtronic turbine control system or other control equipment, enabling automated control and monitoring. Key Technical Specifications

YuMi single-arm robot
The latest member of the YuMi series, the IRB 14050 YuMi single-arm robot, is ABB’s most flexible and compact collaborative robot to date and is easy to integrate into a variety of production environments. The YuMi single-arm robot has a compact structure and a lightweight body (9.5 kg). It supports a variety of installation methods, including ceiling, desktop and wall-mounted installation, and can be quickly and flexibly integrated into existing production lines. The ultra-light magnesium alloy arm rotates along 7 axes, which can simulate human movements and is more flexible than a 6-axis robot. This robot is specially designed for the small parts assembly process of the consumer electronics industry, consumer goods industry and small and medium-sized enterprises to meet their flexible production needs.
Like the YuMi dual-arm robot, the YuMi single-arm robot combines the robot’s ease of use with deployment flexibility. At the same time, in order to meet the higher safety requirements of specific application scenarios, ABB provides the Safe Move2 option for the YuMi single-arm robot, thereby realizing all the safety certification functions of other ABB robots.
In terms of application, the YuMi series of robots are versatile and can be combined with each other in a variety of ways. For example, the YuMi single-arm robot can be used to deliver parts to the YuMi dual-arm robot to improve flexibility, or the YuMi robot can be added as an extra arm for complex assembly tasks that require more than two robotic arms.
ABB IRB series robots
In this show, the robot “mother” – IRB 120 is also one of the highlights. As ABB’s smallest multi-purpose robot to date, it is ideal for compact and flexible production. IRB 120 only weighs 25kg, has a load of 3kg (vertical wrist is 4kg), and a working range of 580mm. It is an economical and reliable choice with the advantages of low investment and high output, and has obtained the IPA organization’s “ISO Class 5 Clean Room (Class 100) )” certification, it can give full play to its advantages in harsh clean room environments.
Currently, based on the IRB 120, ABB has launched an improved IRB 120T, mainly for fast pick and place applications. IRB 120T combines great flexibility with industry-leading 10 micron repeatability. While maintaining its traditional compact, flexible, lightweight features, it also achieves a substantial increase in top speed in 4, 5, and 6 axes. Cycle time improvements of up to 25%.
In addition, the ABB IRB series robot product line is very complete, including IRB 5350 door opening robot, IRB 52, 5400, 5500 spraying robot, IRB 6660 stamping robot and more than 30 general-purpose robots. It can be said that the ABB IRB series robot is A strong guarantee for enterprises to stay at the forefront of the industry.
Conclusion: Since its development, the familiarity of robot applications has gradually increased. Whether it is industrial robots for manufacturing, service robots for daily life, special robots for military applications, etc., they are widely accepted and used by people. As one of the four largest robot families in the world, ABB plays a leading role in the industry. I believe that in the future, ABB will continue to lead the industry, expand the application fields of robots, and better serve our work and life.
